Carstar made everything quick and easy hassle free. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They all will go the extra mile for their customers. Even made getting a rental car easy and hassle free. I know where I will take my cars from now if I ever end up in another accident. They delt with the insurance and everythings. The process in whole about a week to get my car fixed and they kept me updating every step of the way! I have never had such wonderful service. Thank you guys so much for making this a piece of cake for a mother of 3 without putting any hiccups in our crazy schedule. And taking good care of our car.

Every time we have auto issues from tornado tree damage or just backing into something, Carstar Maryville has always made our vehicles look like new. Often the repairs have been complex and they have a team of craftsmen that seem to be able to fix anything! They were joyful, kind, considerate, timely and communicated the status of our vehicle as it progressed. It is lovely to trust the work being done on your car, no need to worry when your car is in their care! Thank you for your integrity and commitment to being a capable and honest company!

Full disclosure: Nobody wants to visit an auto body shop. With 190 miles on my car, I was involved in a rather nasty accident. Thanks to the folks at Carstar in Maryville my Mustang was restored to the same condition it was in when I drove off the lot. Being updated every step of the way was simply the start, personable, friendly, and talented staff landed me.
While I hope none of you need to visit an autobody, if you DO, I'd recommend this Carstar to my friends, family, and anyone reading this review. Thanks y`all, appreciate you, hope I never HAVE to come back though :D

CARSTAR Maryville did a fantastic job fixing the hail damage on our car! They were so professional, friendly and the car looks great! They got the car back to is a full day early, I cannot recommend them enough!
