“I was having trouble finding a suitable place here and my friend recommended this company. Debbie is really sweet and amazing! This is the first place I’ve ever rented where everyone’s friendly. Maintenance came out to fix issues I noted on my walkthrough, which I’ve never had done before (usually I have to place in a separate work order). My neighbors are quiet and my apartment was very clean at move in, I feel it’s worth the rent they are charging. I viewed places with other companies only to see dead roaches and other red flags (Hartmann Rentals who owns the majority of properties here). It seems like this company cared about their tenants and prospective tenants.”

“I love the Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Illinois. It is so much nicer than the last place that I stayed in Belleville, Illinois for 22 years. It is so much cleaner and so much safer and more brighter than the other place I was in Belleville Illinois. The management is very very nice and very supportive of me and they love me and they have my back too. I don't care what other people think or say about this place. It's not that bad. I consider it a mansion compared to the other place that I lived at for 22 years. I have lived at the Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Illinois for 3 years and I am not happy here anymore. I have someone to blame for this. It is a woman who is also very TOXIC and she was very toxic to me throughout our friendship. I can't call her my friend anymore because she is very toxic and she doesn't care about me anymore.”
