“I could not find a new Ranger Lariat near me so I drove over an hour to Watseka Ford and it was completely worth the trip. I had called in advance and spoke to Derek and when I got there the truck had moved to a showing area for me. Derek demonstrated his complete knowledge of the vehicle and we quickly took a test drive and I was sold. Derek did not use the high pressure tactics i usually experience, “what’s it going to take to sell you this car today”. I received a fair offer on my trade in and they were able to find a lender with a low interest rate. I did have a problem with car the truck the very next that required it being brought back to the dealership for service. Even though Derek’s job as a salesman was complete he continued to take care of the issue and arranged for some one to meet me halfway and provide a vehicle while mine was serviced. Watseka is far from the closest Ford dealer to my home but I will certainly make the drive there again for service or next time I buy a car.”
