Not only did Carlson get us in right away, they went above and beyond and helped with our car rental issues to get us with a company for an immediate rental. Got the car back today and it’s in excellent condition. Highly recommend!!”

“I stopped in to get an estimate on drilling out a license plate screw which had sheared off and to have him reinstall the interior panel to the back door, which I had removed while attempting to work on the screw. He looked at the vehicle in the parking lot, grabbed some tools, and in less than 15 minutes had the license plate remounted with new screws and new screw receivers, and had the interior panel reinstalled. He was an artist at work. I was very impressed. They were very generous with the bill. I am a small business owner as well and things like this go a long way in my opinion. Customer service is number one and Gonzo's excels at it. Their quality of work is also very impressive. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. I will recommend bringing your vehicle during their open hours because there are better services offered.”
