“Needed to have the tailgate replaced on my Ram truck. Big Jim was very helpful, quoting me a price from pictures since it's a bit of a drive for us. He worked with us to figure out the best way to have this done with the least amount of disruption to our ability to use our vehicle, removing the damaged tailgate and only needing to leave the truck when the new one was ready to be installed, which didn't take very long. His price was fantastic and he reused the lettering and words from the original tailgate, saving us hundreds of dollars. The work was done really well and quickly. Highly recommend Big Jim's!!”
“I stopped in to get an estimate on drilling out a license plate screw which had sheared off and to have him reinstall the interior panel to the back door, which I had removed while attempting to work on the screw. He looked at the vehicle in the parking lot, grabbed some tools, and in less than 15 minutes had the license plate remounted with new screws and new screw receivers, and had the interior panel reinstalled. He was an artist at work. I was very impressed. They were very generous with the bill. I am a small business owner as well and things like this go a long way in my opinion.
