“Needed to have the tailgate replaced on my Ram truck. Big Jim was very helpful, quoting me a price from pictures since it's a bit of a drive for us. He worked with us to figure out the best way to have this done with the least amount of disruption to our ability to use our vehicle, removing the damaged tailgate and only needing to leave the truck when the new one was ready to be installed, which didn't take very long. His price was fantastic and he reused the lettering and words from the original tailgate, saving us hundreds of dollars. The work was done really well and quickly. Highly recommend Big Jim's!!”
