“I pulled in with my car covered in snow and slush. My tire pressure light was on, so they checked all my tires, added air to the one that was low. Then they added 1 1/2 quarter of oil to my oil burning engine. I felt terrible for messing up their floor but they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I plan on going back when I need my next oil change.”

“Took my car here after I went through the car wash and the bottom spray broke through my exhaust pipe and made my car super loud. Took them only about 10 min to fix it and they charged me a very fair price! I did have to wait a while for the lift to be open for them to work on it but they were really nice so I didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend this place if you need something fixed on your exhaust!”
“When I was coming back from Chicago, I noticed someone or something had scratched up my Equinox pretty bad, so I decided to take it here. When I tell you the work and customer service is TOP TIER, I mean it!! And they sell my car across the street if you want to buy it too! I'm happy my 24 Equinox is back in good shape again, I love this car and was impressed in the turnaround time to get it back. I will make sure to have all my body work done here in the future!”

“Multiple auto parts chains did not have the parts I needed to repair my brother in laws truck. We called Decatur Spring and spoke with a very nice woman that assured us they had the parts. She allowed me to pay over the phone and put them outside for pickup after hours. The parts were correct and cheaper than the local parts stores. Thanks to Decatur Spring we were able to get the truck back up and running before the weekend!”

“At $101 for an oil change, you'd think they were high priced but I drive a 1996 Mustang that was in desperate need of an air filter, windshield wipers and fancy oil. The man changing my oil informed me if other problems he saw, which I appreciate. So....I hear there's a 1996 Mustang for sale in clinton....”
“Vehicle broke down outside of Clinton on a Friday night. Got towed into town and the ONLY repair shop willing to take a look on the weekend was M&J. Got me back on the road on a Saturday. Mark is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced as well. Very good experience from what could have been a nightmare situation for me. “Small town friendliness and helpfulness but big town availability of product. We were looking for a Maverick Hybrid for its much lower fuel use than typical trucks and because it is towable behind our RV. Could not get one from our local dealer, or even in a much larger close by city, for months, if at all. Tried Anderson Ford, they had two coming within a couple weeks! Someone beat us to the first one but we nabbed the second one. Sales person was friendly, knowledgeable about the Mavericks, and upfront about all aspects of the sale. No high pressure as sometimes with other dealers. They also had some non-hybrid Maverick's on site so got to drive one before completing the sale.”

“Had tpms on a few tires stop working. Walmart installed the 1st sensor on the wrong tire. They installed a 2nd one for no charge. I brought my car back to the auto care at Walmart 2 days later as the tech was unfamiliar with this process. Another tech fixed it.”
