AVOID AT ALL COSTS, send your prescriptions to Walmart instead. They constantly cancel my perceptions without telling me why. I've been waiting for my prescription for 2 weeks now.

The ONLY reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the two young ladies efficiently manning the front counter with only one register open during an evening rush hour with about 10 customers standing in line....A female customer berated her, and she just kept her compulsure....and NO ONE in management came to her rescue.I salute the two ladies.

DUMBEST POLICY I'VE EVER HEARD. So I looked up an item to make sure it was in stock. It was 5.99. Pick it up 6.49. Ask the reason,it's cheaper online. Soooo if I purchase online and wait for it in my car, they will send a stock boy to pick it up and bag it....but I go in and do all the leg work they will charge me more. Great business sense. SO FROM NOW ON WHATEVER YOUR NEEDS ARE, ORDER IT ONLINE,GO PICK IT UP FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN CAR AND. SAVE MONEY. .

There are NO WORDS to describe how as a sick person I’m struggling to get my medication from Walgreens. At this point WALGREENS CANNOT BE TRUSTED as a pharmacist because of the RUDE EMPLOYEES THE LIES THEY TELL PEOPLE ON THE PHONE THE LIES THEY TELL IN PERSON AND THE WAIT TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR MEDICINEDO NOT TRUST WALGREENS IM A WITNESSTHEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!! If you have any prescriptions at this Walgreens have them sent somewhere else. Three weeks ago they gave my mother glucose strips that’s not for the testing machine that she already has. And said they had to order her one because her insurance no longer pays for the machine or strips that she was already using. It took them three weeks to say that OK we now have the test strips you were already using. Don’t go here. Because if you don’t have problems you will when you leave here.

Bad service, always out of stock with medication. They drag to give you your medication and inaccurate messages stating medication ready and you go and it’s not ready. Staff are not friendly.

Update: Janell, the senior pharmacist did call me back to better explain the situation and apologized for the misunderstanding. Very professional.Two weeks ago I went to this pharmacy to get a refill. I was told it was two early and to come back May second. So on 5/2 I called to see if I could put it threw again. The head pharmacist said no it’s two early, I said well can you check because I was told to come back on 5/2. Her attitude was terrible from the start then she became down right rude. She told me because it was a controlled substance they have to watch for abuse. Still rude and snarky. I asked her why was she being so rude to me when all I wanted was clarification because her people apparently told me the wrong thing. No apologies, now she’s rude and angry. I said I would call her supervisor, she said “please do”.It’s really sad the only people that are available to work in this community are people like her. She didn’t even pretend to care about being professional.I have not been in this community for long. Although people in the area said don’t go there, it was convenient so I went. I was told to go to Orland, or Homewood.From day one I had to call to see if my prescriptions were ready because they never texted me. Sometimes they would text its ready and when I go to pick up, it’s not ready,I now know why. The head pharmacist is rude and unprofessional.My mindset is, if you can’t say anything nice, do not say anything at all. So for me to write a bad review, it must have been a truly terrible experience.As soon as I can I will transfer to another moreprofessionally run pharmacy.
