“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“They were wonderful. Very friendly. I suddenly developed low tire pressure so on July 30th I drove my car there and they said they would look at it. A couple hours later I had a fixed tire and it was very reasonable. They are wonderful to work with.”

“Took a 2015 Honda Civic in for clunky noises coming from trunk. Sinclair mechanics immediately diagnosed problem with worn out stabilizer bars after 2 other mechanic had no idea what the problem could be. These guys are the throwback knowledgeable mechanics we all look for. No muss, no fuss -- down to earth problem solvers. They're busy as all heck because people in the neighborhood trust them . “Caught a pesky nail in my tire and found this shop in a search “near me.” I pulled into the bay and was seen in less than 10 minutes. There were a few cars already being serviced, but they were in and out real quick. They jacked the car up, took the tire off, and quoted me $20 dollars to patch the tire. Within 5-10 minutes he was back with the repaired tire. The waiting room is small but very clean…but you’ll be in and out so you probably won’t have time to wait ;-)”

“So far the car is doing well the problem was taken care of it was very expensive but I hope I have no issues later it's only been a week customer service is great the technician tried to explain to me what needs to be done and why It costs so much because it was time consuming It took a day and a half but other than that they seem like really good honest people.Plus I liked the dog. 2023.

“I tried looking all around for a good shop with good reviews. Found Wentworth and took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. We talked a couple of times through the phone and it was really a great experience. Not only did they explain the steps that they would take before doing the alignment, but they also didn't charge me for things I didn't need. Really appreciated the customer service from this shop, really friendly people. Once I received my vehicle back, everything was where it was suppose to be and even left it smelling nice for me. “This is the best car repair shop in the area. The owner is very kind and understanding. They had changed the seat belt in my Nissan (purchased original Nissan part too) for a half price comparing to the dealer. Reading reviews I was surprised there were complaints about communication. I never had that problem - when I told the owner that I had only one day to make any repairs and I can't leave my car in a shop, they had ordered new tires and called me after couple of hours when the tires had arrived so I can bring my car back to change my tires. They also had changed oil in my car very quickly when I was waiting with my autistic son the other day. They are good, honest people.”

“New Inner and outer tie rod ends where installed a day prior to visiting for an alignment. They have a charge policy regardless of the vehicle being serviced when you drop off the keys. I was the first customer of the day and expressed my disagreement with their policy. Of course I don't want to pay for anything extra. Service is already pricey enough. I was confident with the new parts that the alignment would occur. Turned out I was wrong. They returned my keys no charge but wasn't able to identify what other parts were worn out. Found out from another shop but content that I didn't have to pay with no service being performed that day. Things to check related to an alignment: Struts, Inner and outer tie rod ends, and / or control arms. 8/16/24”

When I couldn’t afford a brand spanking new tire and when we saw that the tire could not be plugged… they suggested a spare for cheap!! Which I didn’t even think of so Thank You Edwin!
