Being a receptionist myself, I understand how important it is to properly represent a company. After all that's what they pay you to do. When Naomi was rude to my brother that was the last straw. Dr. Denise, I ask you to remember why you became a vet in the first place. Let me guess... because you cared about animals! Any vet should be focused on the animals first and the money later, when faced with an issue they seemed to not have an answer for instead of treating our family like a pile of money they should have provided to us options. Because of your lack of care we will now be taking our money elsewhere. And if you the customer are looking for a vet to provide genuine care for your pets I suggest you do the same.

On October 7, 2022, my furry baby had a follow up appointment so that the doctor could check her ears again. Stephanie was my first contact and she completed a few basic checks that included checking my furry baby's weight. Turns out my furry baby was down a pound! Dr. Megan swabbed her ears and another positive! No more ear infections! Now, the only thing that got my attention was, Dr. Denise told me I should consider getting my furry baby's teeth cleaned because there was tartar. But Dr. Megan stated her teeth looked just fine. I'm going to believe Dr. Megan, of course. All was great on the follow up visit, but I checked my bank statement the next morning and found I was charged twice for the same amount. I called the clinic Saturday morning and going by the message left on the clinic's service, they are opened Wednesday and Saturday 9a - 1p. Not true, they are not opened on Saturday's, so someone needs to change their message. Anyway, I check my statement again Monday morning because I was definitely going to Markham animal clinic early Monday morning. Thankful the bank corrected the error by only approving one charge. Now, it could have been an error, but from my understanding, a person knows when he/she swipes a card twice. In any case, the bank saved me an unwanted trip back to the clinic, and in saving me an unwanted trip, I saved gas. If you are going to use a debit card, check your bank statement/app BEFORE leaving the premises.

I highly recommend this team!! They are passionate and caring. I was extremely grateful that they took the time to work with my bully with behavioral issues. I found them last min with a Facebook search with fellow rescue friends and was able to get an appt for my dog, be seen and treated when most places are not available for months. Thanks team Love, Brody and family....?

Went here during the start of covid. They are some real shady people that work the office part. Credit card was stolen and used at a Khols and Petsmart in Burbank. They made us wait in the car as the took our payment over the phone while sitting in their parking lot. The doctor was fine but some real shady stuff!! Will never return! Plus a covid extra fee on top of stealing our card information! I know it was this place cause the card used was strictly for this place and Costco. And at the time we werent going to Costco!

I highly recommend this vet for your fur baby. I have 6 dogs and they've seen 3 of them so far.. the vet assistants listened to our problems with the dogs and told us neutering was the best first step. All of our babies will be neutered by them. They adore Sasha, and told us they're willing to work with Buddha & Guy even though they've been denied by other clinics. Love this vet!

While we are all quarantined indoors, our fur baby was not feeling well. We took her to get checked out and for the safety of staff as well as ours. We were asked to wait inside the car. Our baby had a double ear infection. The staff was so kind to our babe. She is a normal playful pup but to strangers a scared, nervous mix. She came out so calm and happy. You can tell they took good care of our babe. Thank you all for showing our babe love and treating her.

I had adopted a cat from paws in Tinley park and the next day he was sick. Took him to an animal hospital 4 days after getting him and they gave him medicine which did not help at all. I decided to take him where I know and trust. Markham Animal Clinic were so good with him and explained so much more to me than anyone anywhere else had. They were so friendly and made me feel a lot better about my kitties really bad upper restaurant infection he has. Thank you for being so kind and loving towards our kitty Simba!!

I have been a dog owner for over 17 years, and in that time I have not found a better clinic or veterinarian for my dogs! My dog recently developed a rare autoimmune disease, and Dr. Denise worked tirelessly to diagnose and treat him. She was simply WONDERFUL, and cared for my dog with as much love and compassion as if he were her own. She was always accessible to me while we worked to find the correct treatment options and went above and beyond in researching his disease and keeping me informed of her discoveries. The entire staff has been extremely caring and friendly during this difficult time. I highly recommend Markham Animal Clinic!
