This hotel is excellent. The rooms I've stayed in were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was in perfect condition, the toilet worked in every room, and the beds were more than to be desireable. The price was very affordable and the staff is professional not to mention very accommodating. I have no complaints about this place and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country. I plan on staying here for the duration while in this state. I give The Best Inn and Suites Hotel a Complete 5 Star Rating. Ms. Corelene the GM is kind, patient, and very easy to speak with. The young lady who works second shift is also very pleasant to deal with. They both always have a smile on their faces when greeting you. The housekeeper Mary Lynn is also very efficient and nice. No matter what is asked of her she alway responds very politely. I would and have recommended this place to my friends and family. Thank you staff for all you do and are doing...

Was alright, breakfast was alright, beds were comfy, it was clean but not super clean, shampoo and a lil bar of hand soap were provided as well as towels and rags, shower is either super hot or super cold, even micro movements couldn't get an In-between. Because of how the shower curtain rod was shaped it left huge gabs not covered by the curtain so water was able to escape. Bathroom didn't shut properly. We were in room 213, maybe the other rooms are better?

I’m not understanding the bad reviews of this hotel. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. I’m not a smoker so the clean smell was refreshing. For the price it’s definitely worth the stay.

TL;DR Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Run down hotel without any amenities.Wifi: Bad connectionBreakfast: non-existent, very small and pitiful offeringBeds: Uncomfortable, small pillows, stained mattress, (I'm genuinely worried about bed bugs after staying here)TV: small, not smart so can't streamRooms: small, crowded, even for just my wife and myselfFridge: Moldy, not turned on upon arrival wouldn't trust to put my food in thereWorkout room: There was only a treadmill and two aerobics machines, AND THE TREADMILL WAS OUT OF ORDER.

It was clean but that's all I can say for it. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Don't count on breakfast. Bad coffee, watered down 6 oz servings of juice.

Rooms: Cleaner than any other Harvey, Lansing, or south Holland 2☆, motel I've been to in the past year. Needs basic amenities ( in room phone service, hand sanitizer in halls/elevator), minor things in room???! But overall cleaner than Harvey ( quality inn, motel 6, ???? Only knowing about MY room(s)! No drama motel, unless you're needy,lol.,and no smoking in location, no laundry. You can get some rest if you're in the Markham vicinity. Near restaurants, shopping, etc.
