Caught a nasty flat getting off of 294(159th and Richmond) last night. Being very much aware that I was 2 hours away from home and it was later in the day(6:52pm) and most tire shops are about to close for the day, I frantically searched and called for tire shops near me. Rite price picked up and told me to come by the shop which was a quarter mile down 159th. I get there and it’s ghost town, no one is there. The doors are locked and the garages are closed and locked with the lights off. I called 4 times and someone finally picked up and said his nephew was on the way to the shop..Sat there an hour and half by this time it’s dark and everything thing around me was closed. He never came and didn’t have the decency to call me back after I’ve called him 10+ times….I was FURIOUS and still am, as I’m posting this review 12 hours later….I had a long night and a very expensive tow.

If I could leave a zero o i would … my husband took my truck to their side location on 159th got my tire changed and they put an old cracked tire on .. he didn’t realize because it was dark already I only notice because the next morning the faster o went the more my truck shaked on the side of the tire… we had been there plenty times b4 with no issues but that was our last my husband not only paid but tipped them

Great experience all around! I called and within an hour they were able to change my flat tire. I forgot the gentleman’s name who assisted but he was extremely professional and was very nice to talk to as he repaired the tire. The price was also very reasonable! I will be using them again in the future (hopefully no time soon though lol) and also will recommend them to others!

I was stranded my tire was ripped to shreds nobody had emergency roadside service.Friendly service good price fast and courteous service Highly recommend them....even bought 2 more tires

I had hit a pothole it destroyed my 20" rim, fortunately I had noticed RiteWay Tires, Jose Brandon and the owner took care of me on the spot. Rim looks brand new. I recommend going there to replace tires and rim repair. Beat deal you'll ever find!

As a small business owner, I understand being understaffed, that; however, is no excuse for bad service and lies. I missed work waiting for this very unprofessional establishment to come and change my tire. I went back and forth with them for two whole days. They went as far as telling me I was next in line and that a tech was on his way. I called, texted, sent images of my tire and shared my location. At a certain point they began ignoring my texts and calls as I attempted checking on their eta. When I finally spoke with someone they claimed they were having tech issues and asked that I resend the images i had forwarded two times prior. I tried giving them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but once again they never showed up as they assured me they would. I will be lodging a formal complaint as this is not only unacceptable but extremely unprofessional.

We just arrived at our concert and our valve stem blew off and they answered quick and had it fixed fast the owner was very nice and very understanding

Unreliable will tell you a time and never show up. The owner calls back and says he will come sorry there was some miscommunication and still doesn't show up.

Eli is a life saver he came out to my house to replace my tire in the evening. I didn’t have anyone to take my tire off then take it to be replaced and bring it back to install it. What a great service with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them

The owner and his tech did an excellent job. They came to the location where my vehicle stopped and got me back on the road all while handling a personal matter via zoom. Its Great to see that there are still people out here that take pride in workmanship.
