Worst insurance company I ever dealt with. I thought my homeowners policy was paid up to date. Even on the State farm website it showed my August payment being due on the 7th. However, I get a call from the office saying that the policy has been cancelled and that they will not be renewing it. I guess that is what happens when State Farm has to pay a $1700 homeowners claim. Typically phone calls are made and letters are sent out BEFORE an insured policy lapse. I guess that rule only applies for customers who don't file claims. I am done with State Farm. My other agent increased my auto insurance by 50,% for no reason at all. I went from paying $1200 for 2 vehicles to paying $1800 literally overnight. I finally said enough is enough. I kicked SF to the curb for my auto insurance and signed up with Progressive where I now pay $744 for 6 months on both vehicles with the same amount of coverage and $500 deductibles. Peace out State Farm.

My family and I have been with this agency for many, many years. Mr. Glenn and his wonderful staff have ALWAYS taken very good care of our family. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m so glad I have them to depend on.

This is the first time I've encounter such bad customer service from a State Farm agency. Spoke to Alice and Tanisha both not willing to assist properly. I would not recommend this place at all. Also beware as they use a free online pfd creator risking customers information.

The 2 ladies that helped me didn't seem to want to help me, acted as tho they didn't know how to do what I asked them to do for me. But eventually they both got off their chairs and 40 mins l8r i was out of that office. Won't b returning.

I have been with Quinton Glenn since I first started driving at 16. Through the years I have worked with Alfreda, Rosario, Quinton and now Stephanie! Everyone has always been more than accommodating and quite helpful whenever I have called. A great office with great people!

I’ve had such a STUPENDOUS experience with State Farm. Thanks to Ms. Davina Sims! What an extremely knowledgeable young lady that patiently discussed affordable insurance policies that best fit me. Ms. Sims was professional, easy going and patient with me when it was difficult to articulate the proper questions to ask.Overall, Ms. Sims made me feel comfortable and no questions were stupid questions when I spoke with her. Davina came highly recommended, and I see why. She provided me with honest coverage options, always professional and responsive each time I needed her. I've been a happy client for over ten years now for my personal and professional insurance needs. I'd probably follow her to Texas if she relocated....and I hate Texas!
