Terrible to keep it simple save your money an go else where they rush everything the guy told me he knew how to do something he did not know how an they over priced for the bad service LITERALLY THR WORST NAIL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO 0/10 will never try a different shop again it’s so bad I don’t wanna show nothing an I love to show my nails after a fresh set but no no no HELL NO they need to close NOW???
Requested style: I didn’t get it so it don’t even matter I’m so unhappy with they service

This is the only nail shop I go to I have a certain person who do my nails and toes he does a great job I've never had any complaints

I took the time out of my day to write this because I feel like I was just scammed. I love getting my eye brows done from this place. I went in to get my eye brow done and I ask if I can get a short nail set how much would it cost.. the lady that I asked she said $45 for short nails I was like okay that’s fine. I proceeded to go to sit in the chair and all the equipment is dirty and they reused the same filer they didn’t change nothing the brushes are dirty and even the product started to burn my nails a little! Everything was dirty! I proceeded to ask the lady if she’s not going to cut my cuticles and she told me it was going to be $15 more I said no because that’s supposed to be the right way to do nails .. I finish my nail set and she tells me these nails are going to be $60 +$15 for my eye brows. in total I payed $75. I don’t think these nails are worth $60! ( the eye brows were great!)

I use to come here for years before 2019 before the pandemic happened, I use to pay 20 to 45 to get my nails done an that was a good price and good service now the price went up to 50 for a short set of nails (full set) and 60 for a ( fill in) then they now hint to you to give them a tip on top of the price of ur nails, I can't afford to pay 60 for fill in then give you 10 dollars for a tip. I am now looking for other nail shops that don't charge over 40 dollars for a fill in with just regular clear polish. After 4 years of not going to the salon I started doing them myself, but I don't mind going in to pamper myself once a month to get my nails done but that's not the price I want to pay for my nails to get done 60 for a fill in is crazy, they need to change back to what they charge before 2019 witch is 20 to 45 dollars an if you get other stuff added it should be 5 to 10 dollars no 10 to 15 dollars for extra things to be added on ur nails. ??♀️??

I have an extra star because at least they’re not rude like most Asian shops. But I was truly disgusted how he attempted to use a USED nail file on me. I instantly saw it was used already. I stopped him immediately and asked why was he using an already used nail file on me. They said that most people don’t mind it. That’s a lie. Most people just don’t know and aren’t paying attention. He got a new file for me though. However I won’t be back. I’ll go to the shops in the White neighborhoods from now on. They’re probably more hygienic.

Instead of removing my overlay, the nail tech painted of black with white polish and the gel started peeling less than an hr later. Won’t be returning.

They don't use new instruments when providing services. I developed a nail fungus . I wouldn't recommend them .

Very poor service every visit the price is different. Pedicure went from $35 to $45 ?‼️
They do not sanitize their tools for pedicures when you ask for sanitized tools they say they they were sanitized.
The health department, should be called to visit to Pandora nails‼️‼️

Been there one time and never will return. I guess they are use to servicing filthy people who don’t mind if they reuse the same supplies. How do you get an attitude when someone requests that you use a new filer on their nails? This is very unsanitary and can spread diseases, fungus… It’s a shame that you make lots of money but you are too cheap to use new supplies on customers. This place needs to be shut down. Very dirty.

This was my first time here. My friend recommended Pandora. I had no wait time and my manicurist was named Alex. Since I preferred to keep my natural nails long, Alex suggested an acrylic overlay. I hadn't had one in years. For many years, I was just getting gel manicures. Not only was I pleased with Alex' work, we held a very interesting conversation. As long as Alex is there, I'll definitely make this my home for my nail care.
