I couldn't be happier with the work Hernandez Environmental Construction did for our asbestos abatement project for our owner-occupied multi-family. Sabino was so professional and communicative from day one. We had three other bids for the project, and Hernandez Environmental Construction came in at the best. They were extremely timely and efficient with the work. Initially, Sabino told me the work was going to take two days (every other contractor told us a week) but they wrapped up within one work day. They even cleaned up after, mopping the entire basement and cleaning out the closets that had the asbestos wiring and a massive, unoperative boiler. His team was so nice. While there, I was shoveling the front porch - one of his team members offered to do it for me. It's the small things. I look forward to using them again for an upcoming demo project.

Sabino and his team removed 1000 sq ft of asbestos vinyl tile and some asbestos insulation at my home in Oak Park, IL. They quoted out at a lower price than anyone else, and got the job done within 11 days (7-10 days for permit and 2 days of work). I would most definitely recommend him and his team to anyone in Illinois needing Asbestos or Lead abatement. They do good, quality work and are very trustworthy. Thanks Sabino! Will use you for all my future properties.
