Promised me a delivery on a certain date and cancelled my delivery without explanation or notifying me. Better yet, customer service lied and said my order would still arrive the same day, which it obviously did not. Attempted to reach out to the Terminal Manager multiple times during business hours and received no response.

They are located off of 167th not 166th. You enter through the entrance where US Express and Estes is.
