Need to train their truckers. One of them pulled over into my lane and almost hit me with a construction wall to my left and I couldn't go anywhere to get out of the way

Had a pickup here going down to ga, checked in at the guard office, got directed to go to dock 24 to check in. Checked in and got a door immediately

Plenty of space for Trucks to manuver. Estes Express Lines has a Warehouse for loading and unloading freight. Drivers can relax at the Warehouse because the yard is gated. There is security there 24/7. US Express and Variant utilize the same Warehouse as Estes Express lines, just different sides of the building.

Garbage LTL company or maybe it’s just the Markham terminal. Unfortunately most big box home improvement stores in my area use this service. Always expect your arrival date to get pushed back 5 times minimum. Frustrating to say the least!

Poor communication even though I gave them access to all forms of contact, no one could be bothered to tell me that delivery day was changed 3X!!!?? This is AFTER giving me a date and delivery window (which I took off work for). Good thing I called them and waited, and waited, then waited a little more (:16) only to be told some incompetent excuse "it's still on the other side of the warehouse..." that means absolutely nothing to me. So that rep says I can let you speak to my supervisor but after holding for 18 more minutes, I'm hung up on. I will be checking from now on, if the seller ships ESTES, I will re-scrutinize my decision to do business with a company that does business with Estes.

They keep lying about delivery. I called them 3 times and they gave me different times and I still didn't receive my order. I wouldn't recommend this company.
