Rich came to tow my car in the middle of the night. Was nice and quickly got my car onto the truck to get my car where it needed to go. I did have to wait a long time for the tow truck to arrive. However, I believe he had another tow before mine and that’s what made me have to wait. I can’t really complain too much about that. Thank you, Rich. Your help was much appreciated.

These people are slow! They towed my car from in front of my apartment because i was parked in handicap the only reason i parked there was be so non-residents took all the other parks leaving only 1 handicap left! So instead of towing the people without the proper apartment parking sticker they towed mine. I’m not paying rent to park a block down so people that’s not supposed to be there can get good spots!

U know for a money hungry tow truck company you really should have a option to pay with two Separate credit cards or at least have a atm on site, it would be more convenient for your customers considering your already probably putting them through a tough time.
