I wanted to send a special note of appreciation to Joshua and Jessica at the Woodforest National Bank inside the Murphysboro, IL, Walmart. My aunt needed assistance with sending a Western Union, and they made the process seamless. I called ahead to ensure the service was available at that location. Joshua answered all of my questions and was extremely polite on the phone. It was refreshing to get to the store and meet Jessica, who had an equally pleasant personality and level of professionalism. The bank branch is clean and accessible. If you have Western Union or other banking needs, I suggest you stop by and ask for Joshua or Jessica. Tell them Kindra Speech sent ya!

I absolutely love this bank! Wyatt and Gary have to be some of the best managers I know. They’re always on top of things and they’re quick to help. Banking here has been super convenient and overall a pleasant experience!
