Easy to schedule an appointment to have warning light checked on the car. The car was taken in shortly after I arrived for service. The problem was found and corrected with in 45 minutes of the car being taken in. One of the people from the service department told me in detail what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Completely pleased with the efficiency of the people at Watermark.

The service I received was extremely good. There was an unknown source of the problem and they kept at it until discovery and then addressed the issue. The service managers took care to be involved to keep labor charges low. Communication was great and the curb device was appreciated. I received much better service than I've experienced from other dealerships.

Took my car hereon January 2 to have repaired after a deer hit me and they were very quick at getting my car repaired considering the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciate how they fixed my car and didn't just patch it like my insurance wanted.
