Whoever worked on my vehicle turned off my headlights. Imagine my dismay when I was traveling at night and fumbling in the dark trying to figure out how to turn them back on. It's dangerous, and they should be more mindful, particularly when it's a new vehicle.

Such an amazing location! While driving cross-country in a new Hyundai during record-high temperatures of 105°F, my AC stopped working around noon. After contacting several Hyundai service centers all across IL and Kentucky, which could only assist the next day, I was relieved to reach Marion Hyundai and speak with Joel. Unlike the others, Joel managed to fit me in same-day, just an hour later, ensuring my AC was fixed before I continued my journey in the 105°F heat. I’m extremely grateful to Joel and the service technicians here for turning what could have been a nightmare into a positive experience. Five-star service all around—thank you!!!

Took new Hyundai key FOB in for programing. I was at dealership for only about 30 minutes and they had it done and I was on my way. I will be taking my Tucson to Watermark for all services that it needs in the future.
