The staff at Watermark Ford are great to work with. They are friendly and professional, but also make the sale process fun. TJ was great! I placed an order with him in November 2022, and we waited patiently until delivery in September 2023. He was always available to answer the questions in the meantime in a timely and professional manner, and handled my indecisiveness with kindness and ease.

Tommy and the rest of the staff were great. The only negative comment I can make is how it took 8 months to get the part in to fix my car. I had to go in debt for another car because it took so long. I love both my FOCUS and my escape though. Both are great vehicles.

If you want someone who you can trust and depend on then this is the right place to go for car repairs. The staff is professional and courteous and they do what they say they will do! Joel and Jacob are great checking you in!

I had an appt and waited a little long (some things can't always be well planned), but overall a good service experience. I would recommend getting your Ford serviced here.

Purchased a used pickup from Watermark Ford yesterday. It was the quickest vehicle purchase I've ever made. My salesman, Drake Allen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the "Forever Warranty". I had done some research on both my trade-in and vehicle I wanted to purchase. After dickering for a short time, and him making a couple trips to his manager to discuss my offers, we reached a deal that I believe suited both parties. Then I met with Jon, the finance guy. He quickly found me the best available finance rate, beating my own bank. Even though there's tons of documents to be signed, Jon moved quickly through them, taking enough time to make sure I knew what a was signing. If their service, after the sale, is just as good, I'll be really happy. If not, I'll be sure to let you know.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My fiancé and I dropped our car off on April 26th to the service department because we were having engine problems. The next day my fiancé called and we were told they were about 3 weeks out. We went ahead and made an appointment since we were a work in and after an after an additional week we called and were told by Nichole, service advisor, that it was finally being tore apart to find out what was wrong and info would be sent to our warranty company for approval. We waited another week to call for an update and were told warranty needed photos of that damage and they'd have to work our vehicle back in to get the photos. By this point it was around May 17th. We have been calling weekly for updates and keep being told that they haven't had a chance to bring it back in to be tore apart for the photos for our warranty people. It is now July 12th and have called once a week for updates, for the past 2 weeks we have not received any call backs from Tommy Baker, the service manager, with any updates on whether our vehicle has been back in the shop for the photos. We have been without a vehicle now for over 2 months and getting back and forth to work has been very difficult since we are both full time workers. We would recommend not working with this company at all.

I recently bought a ‘21 Nautilus from these guys. I’m from out of town, and I communicated via text about the vehicle for a few days before deciding to stop in. They didn’t try to lead me on about the vehicle or its condition or get overly pushy, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I decided to divert a couple of hundred miles out of my way to stop by on a return trip from the Midwest. I’m glad I did. I left with the vehicle later that afternoon and am very happy with it.There wasn’t a lot of negotiating room, but I had already done my research and knew what I was willing to pay provided the vehicle was in the shape they described (excellent), which it was. I paid cash, so the transaction wasn’t very complicated. I can’t speak to their financing process. They have since sent me everything I need to register the vehicle in my home state, including step-by-step instructions. So, as for the process to which I was exposed, the experience was good.I’d recommend these guys and would feel perfectly comfortable buying from them again.

Normally my experiences at Express Lane are good but this time the bolt on the positive cable to the battery was snapped off and my wife's car wouldn't start down in Paducah. Fortunately replacing the bolt fixed the problem.

What a terrible company. The warranties are not honored. After buying multiple vehicles there, they refused to fix my vehicle a second time for the same issue when it was 1000 miles over one of the warranties. The other warranty, the company will do anything they can to not honor your needed repairs (again for the same exact issue). Avoid this place and go elsewhere. I have always purchased cars here, and I was always a ford person. I will never buy here again, or even a ford elsewhere.Edit: Yes it was your dealership, that denied my warranty work. I tell everyone I know about what your place is about and how your warranty promises are empty.

Buying my pickup truck at Watermark Ford was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Their team was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with the sale's process. I highly recommend Watermark Ford to anyone.

Always great folks at the desk. I overheard them tell a person they only needed to replace one of the two or three items the customer expected. Saved them money. Honestly, integrity, kindness.

I was charged over $400 for oil and transmission change,inspection etc. When I got my car,it wasn't driving good at all. Took it to another shop and got it fixed for less than $10. I would never take my car to this business again. Total ripped off!!!
