The rifraf that’s working the counter in there now need to be fired. They don’t know anything about working with the public.
I asked the tech to reset my oil life, he didn’t do it. On top of it all it was $80 bucks!!!!

I was extremely disappointed in my wait time. I had an appt for 1:15 for a simple oil change. My oil change was NOT completed until 2:50 pm……what is the point in making an appointment???

This time appointment for oil change took longer than when I do a walk in, had question about fab was given an answer but it wasn't what I had been told in past from someone who had worked earlier in the day, so I went home and trusted u-tube I programmed in 5 minutes.

Will Absher was excellent from the moment I walked into the door! He greeted me professionally and was so helpful in answering all of my questions related to services performed on my car. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and inviting, and I loved the fact that my favorite show (HGTV) was playing on the TV. Quick Lane makes the waiting a little easier by offering a variety of snack and beverage options to patrons, and the seating is comfortable and accessible. Even after being there for a few hours, it was still a pleasant experience. My tip to future customers is to bring a jacket. They blast the AC to keep it cool inside, and if you are like me, it can get rather chilly after too long. When you stop in, tell them Kindra Speech sent ya!
