Terrible service, wouldn't help me cancel a service I didn't use anymore. Was handed a paper with phone numbers on it so someone else could do it.

Worst customer service ever! I talked to customer service online they ordered a new sim ( there fault not mine) Lady tells me to go in it's in the systems pick up a new sim card no costI go in they said no it's not in the notes I contact customer service again and magic it's on the notes.

Store rep did not explain things as well till I went back in a second time ... FYI, I never pay cash for a new phone it's better to just go with monthly payments. I was not happy ?

I am happy with my Verizon cell phone, but it is really a shame that they do not have filters when hiring their staff, I have had 3 bad experiences in this store, their employees started with the manager having a terrible attitude, it seems that it is a racial issue. I really hope I never have to go back there.

The gentleman who I got was simply not helpful at all. I Informed him that I was scammed out of $5000 dollars and I had a anydesk app on my phone that zombied my phone. This entity was able to disconnected my phone calls to alert my bank and I was unable to even hang up my phone. His response was there were no bugs/viruses or anything detrimental that could do anymore damage. My experience with him was almost as if I just entered a new phase of bug. The it's not my problem bug. I was able to get help with the business who cleaned my desktop. People my suggestion to you while dealing with Verizon techs is if you get someone like him, ask for a new tech. They are not all bad.Written by a twice bitten hack in 2 days.

Brandon (THE specialist) is an absolute gem of a human being. He helped both me and my husband over the span of 3 days switching over both of our phones and getting us amazing deals on accessories. We will obviously be back and will be asking for him specifically each time.

It amazes me how they don't even help you set up your new phone. Also asked to change my phone number, the guy said they charge $5 to do it in person. Showed me how to do it within the app, I can't figure it out. These people are getting paid to help customers and I'm very disappointed with the service I had received

I love my Verizon phone service but trying to contact them is frustrating (especially when they keep telling me how convenient it is) I'm trying to change my payment information & wasted 2 hours going round & round w/out getting anywhere
