This is the worst customer service place of business I've ever been to . I'm shocked with Verizon being as big as it is , they would have such poor poor people working in that store . Hateful, unconcerned , way too busy they act , not one other customer in the store . Awful . I will drive to wherever before I ever recommend or go to that store again !

I have no way of getting help with Verizon the people are over worked on the phone and down right rude. Why can they not do curb side by can they not at least take calls Verizon did not offer any help unless your phone gets shut off well I am one that is actually paying my bill but it is late since I am not working right now instead of wavering the fees now I have a 200 dollar bill for late payments and another 145 bill for my regular bill they are not sending text reminders or emails . The guy on the phone told me it shows on my bill when my phone is do al he said is " well you should get on the app what happen to customer curtesy. I finally got to talk to the financial office still not wavering anything last month they sold me on some insurance that would protect me if my phone got messed up like dropping and breaking the screen well when it happened they said that the insurance does not cover damaged phones what is the point I am angry and hoping that maybe there is a phone company that offers a better way eventually. They are all the same right now. Verizon treated me very badly this is the second time in two years since I joined up with them I almost think I should go back with att but seems like if you pay changes exspecially if your a boomer your not in luck so I don't know if I'll ever get caught up the lady after I told her that I get payed on the fourth she said how about the third and I told her that I do not get paid to the fourth what are they not understanding they would not let me talk to a supervisor either!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely agitated - I bought new phones for me and my husband two days ago at the Mt. Vernon, IL store near where I work. We live in the middle of nowhere, so we have to travel a long way to get to any stores. My husband was not with me at the time so we were not able to set up his phone. So today my husband drove an hour to get his phone set up at the Verizon store in Marion, IL. He was going to use his old phone # from the previous service provider. He went into the store and they supposedly set up his new phone with his old number, never activating the temporary number he was supposed to have gotten (given to us by the store in Mt Vernon). The Marion store had my husband sync the phone, but it failed to go through after he left the store. I don't know what they did there, but now the previous phone and his new phone are not working. If he hadn't driven an hour one-way specifically to get the phone up and running, we probably wouldn't be as miffed, but as new customers to Verizon - I am not impressed if this is how the service is going to be. Certainly won't be going back to Marion.
