Always a good experience. The online sign is the most frustrating part it says 10 min you arrive and next thing you know your waiting 20 30 min more. I don't think it takes into account for the stylist breaks or lunch. They also are very friendly with children and take their time.

Long wait however there were alot of people ahead of me. I can say it was worth the wait. Awesome stylist here and my hair cut was perfect like always. AWESOME employees and very clean place

WTH fix the app to as it is supposed to. I showed as scheduled after waiting the 31minutes only to be told 1 hr 14 mins. BE BETTER

They seem to do a good job with my kids hair, a lil pricey but that's understandable in our current economy. The only issue I've had was In a 5 minute window the site went from 0 minute wait to 60minutes in just a matter of seconds. But it was generally a good experience even with a bit of a wait

I was there around 5 pm and the place was hoppin busy. The staff was friendly and engaging with each customer there. My beautician asked several questions regarding what I wanted before proceeding with the hair cut. She did an excellent job on my hair and I will be back.

Carlee cut my shy toddlers hair today, I was so nervous going in because he never sits still for a haircut but she got right on his level and made him so comfortable throughout the whole cut. Would definitely recommend her :)Service: Kids' cuts

Always have to wait about hour and a half. They talk too much and take too long to cut hair. I will be going somewhere different.
