I’m beginning to hate taking the night safety bus…. You call for pick up then other people call and they pick up those people first and have the other person waiting for hours they don’t pick that person up they add others to the list as they call and make the first person wait the longest they should have a bus that does Marion herrin and Carter I’ll only and one that does Carbondale makes more sense they got to do better

This is the most asinine service I've ever heard of and they never have a driver or anyone going in any direction at 3 4 or five o'clock unless your living at the damn bus depot.The only thing marginally better about it is it's not uber.

Thanks my car was broke down & needed a ride from Shnucks in Carbondale to work in Marion. This is a great service. Wish they ran at night for midnight shift.

The buses are sometimes late but they are affordable and convenient for those of us who do not have a vehicle. Overall very good .

The staff is a hit and miss. Theres one young black gentleman. THE RUDEST UNFRIENDLY disrespectful driver. No people skills. No politeness. Just disgustingly rude.
