Took my wifes car there multiple times. Recently bought battery from them. They snapped the negative battery cable and then tried to hide it by wrapping it in electrical tape.

Thought I needed a new tire for my lawnmower. They found a leak and plugged it. NO CHARGE. Said it was no big deal. Well it was to me. Made my day. Except now I have to mow. Thanks Raben Tire, Marion, Il.

I took my old '78 Chevy Step Side pickup to Goodyear Tire Company in Marion, the old Raben Tire. All the staff are great people. They did the work I needed done and I appreciate all of them. They did me right and took care of my old truck. Try Goodyear Tire, you will not regret it. 5 Stars.

Very friendly staff. Got 6 tires mounted and balanced. 5 days later, I hear a noise coming from my rear end. I found 3 lugs sheared off, and the other 5 I could loosen with my fingers. I'm hoping this doesn't happen very often, and they did pay for the repairs. I'm just happy the wheel didn't come off completely. Make sure you check your lugs, I wish I would have before leaving.

My son Brian replaced my front tires at Rabens. They were excellent and very fast. Nice friendly guys.

Brought a compact JD Tractor tire in with a bad valve stem on Saturday. Nice young lady had me back in front of the bay, service tech unloaded and said he would have it ready to go in about 5 minutes. Not sure if it was even that long before he had it fixed and put back in the back of my SUV. Went inside to pay my bill and wasn’t charged anything. I had to make her take the money I left to at least buy them some drinks. Im not a regular customer there but have bought from their store in Harrisburg several times. I highly recommend them to anyone who need tires or service work.

If I could give more stars I would! Friendly, fast, and affordable. We were on a camping trip in our 5th and needed two hard to find tires replaced. They had the tires in stock and quickly got us in first thing Monday morning, and had us out in under an hour. Everyone was very helpful and nice, they even let us bring our dog out so she didn’t have to sit in the truck. Highly recommend!!

Took my truck to Raben in Marion for new tires and brakes. After that my brakes squealed and produced a ton of brake dust. They also talked me into letting them replace some front end suspension parts. Big mistake! My truck now squeaks and squawks every time I hit a bump or turn. I called them on it and they claim new suspension parts do that. Wrong! I had my regular mechanic look at it and he said Raben used junk brake pads and front suspension parts. I had him fix the brakes but not spending the money on another new front end suspension. Save yourself the headache and pass on Raben. They used to have a great reputation. Not sure if there's new owners or exactly what has changed.
