I originally used this company because their past reviews talked about their honesty and integrity. I have to say the reviews are correct. I took my vehicle in with a self diagnosis of bad front brakes. They called me and say it’s not my brakes but a different and much cheaper repair. I was so thankful because I know less reputable places would have “fixed” the brakes and added the second repair. Today I stopped by without an appointment to ask if they could change my brake lightbulb. Seems like something very easy but in my case the book says it’s a 30 minute job. They got me right in and completed the job in a very timely manner. It was a little pricey but I was so thankful they did it while I waited and didn’t make me return because I didn’t have an appointment. They were all so nice. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely the best! James came to my house to jump my car and checked my battery at the shop plus changed a fuse I dropped when trying to replace it. Absolutely would recommend 100% very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Thank you!!!

They were going to charge me more than $200.00 more than their cost on a part. This is a fact. I have a friend at AutoZone where the get their parts and my friend told me what their cost was. I could buy the same part over $200 cheaper as a consumer at AutoZone. When confronted with this they lied at first but when I told them how I knew they admitted it. Folks, I would never go here. In my opinion they are not honest. Be forewarned.

This was my first time using PMR, Angel and Tony were both great to work with, they scheduled me in quickly, and kept me informed in detail throughout the repair. They gave me an estimate for the repair, and that was exactly what i paid. I’m happy with my experience and would definitely use them again!
