I think this is my favorite dealership I've ever been to in my life. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They're always fair priced with repairs and even throw in freebies here and there. I mean that never happens at a dealership!!!

I purchased a used BMW from Mercedes-Benz of Marion. I had a great experience with everyone from the time I arrived. Julian greeted and helped me look at the vehicle that I was interested in. Bart was very helpful and quick with getting a deal that we agreed on done. Julian had all of the financials and title/licensing done quickly, very clear to understand and easily taken care of. I have had this vehicle for about 3 months now and everything has been great. I enjoy the car very much and there were no "hidden' issues or anything of that nature.
I was in a bit of a time crunch on the day of purchase, but the detail department got the car clean and ready in time for me to make it to my appointment that day. Overall, I had a relaxed, no pressure and friendly experience here with very nice and helpful people. I hope and look forward to purchasing here again.

I would highly discourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Marion Motors. A week to the day after my son purchased me a vehicle I ended up stranded on the interstate because the car died. When I called Marion Motors they said oh you can drive it and I said no you need to send a tow truck, which they did. Come to find out the engine needed to be replaced. A little over 2 months later I got my vehicle back and had to go right back into the shop because the front end alignment was knocked out, and there was a humming noise which turned out to be the belt tensioner that needed to be replaced. There is still something wrong with my vehicle, when I received it back the last time they had it, my dashboard was cracked, which it was not when I purchased it nor anytime I took it back into them. I have pictures before and after and they are still not making it right. So now I have a cracked dashboard which will cost me over $1,000 to fix. Do not buy from them!

The drive to the Mercedes’ benz in STL is worth it. I hate to say that because this one’s in my hometown but I had a bad experience with Bart the manager, as well as the service team a while ago, mostly Bart who belittled me and tried to make me feel stupid for an issue that they caused(This was all warranty work). So much that I had issues with the vehicle even after the warranty work and I was afraid to call back because I knew I wouldn’t be helped in the proper way. More recently I took my Mercedes’ to another dealership in a different state to have warranty work done in which they needed some paperwork sent over from the Marion location and they even complained about how bad their customer service and communication is.

We contacted Mercedes by email four times and by phone twice requesting interior photos or a video walk through of a vehicle that they only had 7 photos of the exterior. We received one response via email from Edward Bowen requesting we call him and nothing that we requested. When we replied asking again for photos as we were working we did not receive anything. When we got off work and still had no photos we called the Sales Manager Bart Kievit and had to leave a message, we received no response from him either. We called back and spoke with somebody named Julian who said he would send us photos and never received anything. Apparently they don't care about good customer service!

We customized a 2024 gle 350 and had the car delivered within 5 months. The experience was horrible and the car came damaged (with a lot of flaws). We tried getting in the car and the interior handles over the head, broke. It happened on both sides. The technician had to come in and clip it. Totally surprised.
And then we found the sunroof roller broken. We were told we can claim warranty on it. We still took delivery of the car as we didnt want to wait any longer and returned home. And then we found the sun visor on both sides stained with finger prints. It was just an endless list of flaws and we kind of believe that they used older used parts while assembling the car. A horrible new car buying experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Im worried what other issues I will find on the car.

It states describe your experience.Well all I can say in their service is AWEFUL. I've purchased have purchased 2 vehicles from them AND this last will be the last. I don't care if I have to travel 1000 miles to get another Mercedes. They do not know what's going on and they do not care.I saw that I received a message back. When car was purchased they could not find the second key said they would look and if they couldn't find it they would order a new oneAt that time we stayed we wanted a manual as wellNo problem they said we can order one.Then the C came off the 4-Matic on the trunk.My husband was in and called numerous times no one ever knew anything they kept passing him around. Also ge fave then a cell number to use. 6 + months later after several conversations with several people we finally received a key. My husband asked where the manual was well here we go again no one remembered us stating anything about a manual.Finally after YET AGAIN several visits to the dealership and calls we get a manual and then there's the C that came off same senero but they do give my husband a C which wasn't for my car and not the size of the C on 4-Matic.All of this after discussing everything numerous times with the dealership I speak to David Arnold face to face on 2 occasions oh yes he's going to see that it gets taken care of....That did not happen...So again you do not know what's going on and in our opinion you don't care.Your message shows no one is admitting to the numerous times my husband went to the dealership and called.

Terrible service. Will not return phone calls and hangs up on potential needed service calls. Never seems to be available for after the sale services! Terrible!
