Worst experience I have had. Store is serious need of customer service training. Not only to you do you have no choice but to self checkout. When there is an issue, you must go to customer service counter with no associate there. Wait 15 minutes. Then they call for a manager who never arrives. When you show them the item with the price on the Kroger app , you are informed that it is not the price at this location. You will have to go to a different Kroger 30 minutes away. This item was on the shelf. They refused to sell it.

I use to swear by the fried chicken that they sold about 2 months ago. They've changed their recipe and now the chicken is horrible. It's not worth the $9 dollars they charge. Very disappointing

I have been to the Kroger pharmacy twice well before closing only to find them closed. I am currently out of a very important medication because I have not been able to pick up my prescription because they have been closed. My health depends on this medicine. What am I supposed to do until I can get this medicine? I will try again tomorrow and also see if I can switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This isn't just a restaurant closing early; this is a business that affects people's health. Closing early without so much as a notice on their website is unacceptable.

It's always packed must be a good thing ? But they need to train their online shoppers s tad better. Somebody thought it was a good idea to put bread and detergent in the same bag ??

Meat selection, mainly the pork is awful. Always getting bad pork chops. 3rd time in a couple months. Boston butt is the same way. You gotta be careful when you buy pork from here.

so this is how Kroger does business y'all I went to pick up an order that I placed online last night and the terminal was not cooperating, paying with a card so I ended up having to go inside I stood there for 20 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on and the guy finally figured out how to get my order up on the screen or whatever for me to have to pay for it and they ran my card again and I had no money I had $95 to start with and when they were done I had a $1.43 and they told me that I didn't pay for my groceries I had to pay again and I didn't have the money on the card because they had already taken it anyway suffices to say I have to wait 30 days to get my money back and no groceries $95 might not seem like a lot to some people but that's money to feed my family these people do not do right by their customers plain and simple I should have been refunded no problem just by showing the receipt but they're telling me I have to wait 30 days to get my money back for stuff that I never received what a joke this business is.

I am handicapped. I went to the Marion, Il store yesterday and the handicapped parking spots had not been cleared and were solid ice. So I didn’t shop. I came back today, and the handicapped parking spots were still untouched, and were ice covered. Again, I left. This is an accident waiting to happen, and a disservice to the handicapped community. Kroger used to be the only place we bought groceries. It has been horrible for the last few years. 3 times we have attempted to do a grocery pick up, the first time we waited 45 minutes past our pick up time, 2nd time 25 items were out of stock and nothing was substituted for and we allowed substitutions on our order, today (3rd time) pick up time was 8pm and at 7:15 Gloria from Kroger calls to say they are refusing our order because they are running behind. I understand everyone is short staffed and suffering but you cannot take an order, guarantee a time, then 45 minutes before pick up, refuse to fill the order. If we lived in Marion and were close it may not be such an issue but with 5 young kids and living 30 miles from the store, this is completely unacceptable. My husband was already on his way. A manager then took my call, Mike, to tell me that “there is nothing I can do about it”. Except of course having someone fill the order. ?. This is the last straw. Kroger is surely not what it used to be. Maybe pharmacy and pick up orders are too much for them but then stop offering things you cannot do.

? The issues with the pharmacy are years long. I talk to people while standing in the consistently hour long line and every single person is complaining. People with canes that can't stand very well. People with oxygen ... people in wheelchairs --- people with bad backs ... old people ... STANDING 45 minutes to an hour...... only to be told your prescription is not ready ... come back. This isn't isolated incidents here and there ... it's every single time ...... EVERY SINGLE TIME ...... for months and months and months. Absolute mismanagement. Oh ... and the word "prescription" is misspelled on the "We're sorry you have to wait so long" sign. It's spelled PERSCRIPTION!!!!! I probably wouldn't have noticed it if I had not been standing in line staring at it for an hour! I complained about the same sign last month and got a really sweet message from Kroger thanking me for pointing it out and they said they would fix it ASAP. It's still there. Money over people. Not enough staff to cover the demand and its been this way for the 3 years I have lived down here. And even worse, you should hear the stories of med errors being made that people are talking about in that 45 minute long line. Pitiful.

I WAS IN THERE THE OTHER DAY AND BOY I WILL TELL YOU THAT LUCY PERSON HAS ABOUT THE PERSONALITY OF A WET DOG EVEN THAT'S GIVEN TOO MUCH CREDIT SHE IS VERY RUDE SHE SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH PEOPLE AND SHE EVEN SMELLED THIS GIRL NEEDS TO BE FIRED I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE UNCOMFORTABLE IN A KROGER THIS IS WHY I WISH PUBLIX WERE UP HERE I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT MARION KROGER TILL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL KROGER !!!!!!! PS IF I COULD GIVE YOU MINUS STARS I WOULD BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE VERY UNHAPPY !!!!!!!

I received great service when I arrived 1.5 hours ahead of schedule today. I called the number on the designated parking area and was lucky to speak with Adam. I explained I had gotten ill and was unable to complete my proposed errands/timeline. When I asked if I could arrange another time for tomorrow, Adam suggested he just bring my order out. As usual, excellent choices were made in the produce and dairy products. GREAT JOB, Adam and Trevor.

The meat is good but the past couple times I have ordered there have been peices of plastic around the pepperoni. I have a 3 year old and she almost chocked because there was plastic on it and because normally when you get it there isnt plastic supposed on it I didnt think to check and the plastic is clear and so fine that you can not see is.
