Took my car here based on a good referral from someone but clearly because I am a woman I get talked to like I'm dumb. My new transmission was supposed to be put in by them which they did do and I asked them to take a look at my breaks to see if I need new ones. I also asked them to do a tune up. ***************** apparently while doing all these things they didn't notice that my front passenger caliber or holes needed to be replaced as well. **** WAS VERY RUDE because I was asking questions but honestly I didn't even care about that I just wanted my car fixed. Not to mention I had to take my car back into the shop because my breaks was going down to the floor when I would make complete stops. They had my car for months just to put in the work I asked for and I didnt even complain about that. So there is no way that when my breaks got Checked that they didn't notice this so called other problem I had with my front passenger side that a caliber or holes was needed. I stated to Mac which is the owner that I don't have the money for him to recharge me again for something that should have been taking care of when his mechanics was working on my car. *** stated that he is not going to do it for free and when I asked for the estimate he didn't know yet. How ???? you guys are the ones that supposedly found this new problem in my car when you checked my breaks but you can't tell me how much. Also I talked with plenty of Mechanics they all said they same thing there is no way that when they checked my breaks that they would have not seen that problem!!! I guess because I am a woman they thought they could take advantage of me to get more money from us woman rather that do the right thing. Oh yea this is just me summing it up the rest was just to long to put in text!

I just moved back to Marion and had to find someone to work on my Jeep after AAA couldn't start it. I had it towed there expecting a starter or worse. They called me and said it was just a battery connector and it was ready to go. It's great to find someone honest and dependable to work on your vehicles!

My wife and kids and I were traveling to the Carolinas from Nebraska. Along the way we had a tire start losing air. We thought great it’s after 5 was almost 7pm and we are in the middle of nowhere so what were we suppose to do. We stopped at a gas station along the interstate and asked where to find a tire shop. The lady told us to go to Marion there’s lots of tire places there but not sure if any of them are open. So with 20lbs of air in our tire we drove another 15 minutes
