Ed Russell State Farm had been my insurance provider for almost a decade. Ed would still be my agent of choice, if it wasn't for a move that took us out of state.His timeliness is handling insurance matters is impeccable and he follows up when you need him most! Also, if you're looking for customer service that has support, this office and insurer have everything you need. If it's not Ed handling your insurance needs, you'll be promptly greeted by Amber and she rocks!The teamwork in this office and the support of a brand like State Farm kept me from ever going looking for another insurance provider until now and I'm likely worse off for having to switch.This is a business who truly values and looks out for their customers!

I've been a customer of Ed/State Farm for about 6-7 years and have never had any trouble, and I feel like the insurance rates are fair.

Amber has been nothing but helpful and kind since I contacted the office about a new car policy. Quick responses to emails, and even the simplest of questions never seem to be bothersome. I would highly recommend getting a quote.
