My 12 year old son was sent for an MRI they said 2 days we would have results. Here its been over a week, I have called left messages, was told a nurse would get back to me and still have heard nothing, Was even told at 330 all the nurse were gone for the day, I didn't realize they close so soon!

I was there 30 minutes early.went in and filled my papers out my appointment was at 10 I didn’t get called back till 1012 and when o got back there she said “oh well you’ll have to get X-rays he likes his own… I said I brought my mri she came back and said you need X-rays well while walking to X-rays she said oh well if your not done in 30 minutes you have to reschedule I was over there 15 minutes and they came out and told me you have to reschedule because you wasn’t back by 1030 I didn’t go back till 1012 how is that fair she didn’t tell me I had till 1030 she said you have 30 minutes… not a way to have a first appointment it wasn’t my fault you didn’t call me back till 1012 I’m am very angry now I have to wait for 3 more weeks to get surgery date now… very poor service

Very caring nurses and commitment to patient comfort. My anesthesiologist today was on point and made sure I was ok the entire time, even after surgery.
