Yesterday, 2-11-24, I took my mother to transfer her phone to Crickett. We were helped by a young man named Kevin. My mother is 83 years old and has some difficulty hearing. He went above and beyond being helpful and courteous. He definitely deserves a pat on the back. Thank you Kevin !!
