“Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people”

“Have never reviewed a gas station before but I do a lot of leisure travel by car and the two gentlemen working today were absolutely the nicest people with great service. Greeted me even when they weren’t helping me. Bathrooms were clean. I didn’t have a long chat or anything but I don’t know if anyone not assisting me working at a gas station has ever made eye contact and said hello and both men at noon on 2/24/22 did.”

“This is a clean and friendly store. I stopped by the closest Casey's to me which is the one on Main st for doughnuts and walked out with nothing. Maybe they need better management and staff. Everyone, if you want fresh food that's not expired and or hot food that's not cooked by a long-haired employee with no hairnet then come to this store ! Thank you Ladies.”

“We travel from Chicago area to visit family in Tenn a few times a year and always bring our dog Dolly and make this stop going and coming back for my dog to be able to walk around and rest from long car ride in the fenced in free dog park,,I will always support dog friendly places and Loves sure is aware of how many people travel with there furry family member.we always fill up and get some snacks and cashiers are always polite. “This Pilot Travel Center is an awesome location. For one, they have a casino inside. I hit a decent winner on the electronic slot machines. They also have a Subway inside too, which is always nice to have. There are plenty of pumps, so no waiting to fill up. Easy to get in and out of from right off the highway. The staff were friendly as well.”

“Someone told me about the $5 large pizzas offered every friday and I was on it!!!!!I called a dozen other pizza places who were charging over $8 and even nearly $20 for a pizza, but this,was a great deal!!!!The pizza was really delicious and I will be back for more soon!!!!!!???”
