“Whoever worked on my vehicle turned off my headlights. Imagine my dismay when I was traveling at night and fumbling in the dark trying to figure out how to turn them back on. It's dangerous, and they should be more mindful, particularly when it's a new vehicle.”
“This time appointment for oil change took longer than when I do a walk in, had question about fab was given an answer but it wasn't what I had been told in past from someone who had worked earlier in the day, so I went home and trusted u-tube I programmed in 5 minutes.”
“Easy to schedule an appointment to have warning light checked on the car. The car was taken in shortly after I arrived for service. The problem was found and corrected with in 45 minutes of the car being taken in. One of the people from the service department told me in detail what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Completely pleased with the efficiency of the people at Watermark.”
“I didn't use the car wash, but did use the dog wash. It's definitely helpful and better than trying to wash my dog at home, but could use a couple improvements. First off, the water was way too hot. It was beyond uncomfortable on my hands, so I know my girl wasn't liking it. It was also stiflingly hot in the enclosure, even with the slider open. A fan of something would make it a lot more tolerable.
Overall, though, it's a great resource to have available, just needs some fine tuning.”

“I bring my car here once or twice a month. $10 and they even pre-wash/ spray for bugs and grime. Can't complain for a $10 wash. Always great service when you during the on site attendant hours. He's pretty great.”
