“Got a bolt in a tire on an insurance rental. Down in Marion visiting family - I live in Chicago. Called Enterprise and they directed me to this location. There were no cars available to do a swap so they directed me to their local repair shop. The staff at Enterprise were so polite and accommodating. I like the vehicle I am in so it was no problem for me to bring it to their shop. I couldn’t be happier with how accommodating Enterprise is and will never rent a car anywhere else.”
