Oasis RV and black diamond RV is amazing! Rick our sales person was very patient and no pressure! He helped with any questions we had throughout the hole process. Our daughter even lost a little stuffed animal on one of our trips there and they found it for us and made sure she got it back! All the other staff was very friendly and helpful! Black diamond rv superstore was great too! They did our 2hour walkthrough when I picked up the camper and it was very thorough! They showed me inside out how everything worked! Allowed me to ask questions the whole time and were very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely shop here again!

The service department was especially helpful in helping me out for a recall on the lp gas regulator on our camper. Communication was great. I needed to pick up the replacement part within a week, as the camper was leaving for an extended trip. The paperwork was handled through email, and the part was waiting for me at the service desk.

The service department did a great job fixing the awning and door on my RV. When I called for an appointment the sales team manager answered and would not help transfer the line, other than that guy being lazy, team was great

Anytime I have had a question or problem with my camper they have jumped right on it. The service staff is very friendly and willing to do what it takes to get it done. I would highly recommend black diamond rv.

Visited the sales lot on the absolute worst weather day .
We were just looking at inventory from our vehicle not really expecting anyone to brave the weather to spend time with casual lookers .
We were greeted by two individuals who very eagerly showed the inventory and spend lots of time with us.
I was very impressed and ended up purchasing a Motorhome because of the effort made by the sales team that day !

The staff was friendly and accommodating to get me in quickly. They replaced a roof vent gear but didn't verify that it was working properly. The next day I spent at least 2 hours on the roof adjusting it so that it would fuction and close correctly. I would have went ɓack for the adjustment but was already at a campground in Kentucky.

Too busy took 17 days before service even occurred. too expensive almost $2000 quote for water heater repair. and I’ve never receiced maintenance somewhere that didn’t wash as a curtosy. They left my rig dirty and smelled musty.
