"Randy has made a returning customer out of me. Having purchased my CF moto from another dealer closer to my home and after getting the runaround from them. One phone call and he told me what my issue was. When I wanted accessories installed I brought it to his shop and it was done on time, and at the price he said it was going to be. the 40 mile drive was worth it and will continue to use his services."

Visited Randy's to look at a 2022 CFMOTO 650 Adventura. He gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. It was an absolute pleasure talking with Randy. Just got first oil change for my bike (cfmoto450ss) Price was not at all what i was originally told. When the guy behind the desk told me it was 160 dollars i asked if he could break it down and he had almost no response. He said the oil and filter kit was 50 and then just said so the labor cost is 110! Im good. Costs less to get an oil change on a car but i didnt know how to change my bike oil yet.

I had an awesome and seamless sales transaction yesterday puchasing and picking up my new Royal Enfield Classic 350. Eric in sales was low key, helpful and prompt in our communications and in price matching with another seller in the city. My requested modification was done before I came to pick up the bike, and the shifter adjustment, overseen by Randy, was made while I completed the paperwork. Heather in the finance department found an extra rebate for me and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.
I cannot recommend this shop more highly. Thanks!!

I have only purchased a couple of bikes from Randy's over the years, but in just those two experiences, The entire staffs honesty, compassion and willing to work with you have brought me back for more! Randy, Heather and Rod in parts, generally greet you on a first name basis walking through the door. Wayne in the service department will also tell you like it is and I never feel like I'm getting the wool pulled over my eyes with any service. Try getting that when you go to the big box dealers! I never feel like I'm getting nickel and dimed or end up with some sort of upcharge you weren't expecting. Rod in the parts department always goes above and beyond the call of duty! I will always go out of my way to visit the mom and pop type of establishment like Randy's. Don't let the distance or the size of the business deter you. If you're looking for something that they carry or something used, it is always worth a shot to give Randy a call as you never know what he might come up with next!

I ordered two new tires, mounting and installation on my 2002 Bonneville. Randy was super helpful, we walked through different tire options and availability and found the right tires at the right price. My service appointment was a breeze and he even let me take a service loaner home as the project was going to take a few hours longer than originally expected due to another project. I can't recommend Randy's Cycle enough, great people, great work, great communication and fair pricing.
