The man said he knew what was wrong with my vehicle. Come to find out he was wrong. So they ended up fixing nothing and robbed me for $250. On top of this. He calls me to complain about my review.

We were traveling to WI and about 10 miles south of Marengo, our muffler disconnected. We sounded like teenagers revving our motor as we tried to get car up to speed. When we arrived in Marengo, we googled Auto Repair. The owner, the technicians were so kind. Another car traveling from Michigan to Minnesota was ahead of us. Within 45 minutes we were on our way with our vehicle repaired. This business is independently owned. They provide a great service for the area and for travelers passing through Marengo. We were extremely grateful for the speedy service.

Brought my 99 camry in for specifically clunking noise in rear strut . they said it was stabilizer links. Replaced them 137$ later and they said there was another noise after they test drove it. When i got my car back hopped in ot made the SAME clunking noise. So today i found my strut tower in the trunk and tightened the top 3 bolts on the strut and guess what the noise went away!!!! Poor quality service i felt rushed in and out of there. Never will bring my cars here again. Worst experience ever!!!

Quick service but credit card machine was not working so had to pay cash so that delayed picking up car by 24 hours .

just wanted to say thanks to the guys at first class for towing me off i90 as fast as they did think i waited maybe 15 min towed me in to there shop and fixed my brake line in less than an hour best part was i get the bill and the tow in was free with repair over 100 bucks my bill was $149.50

My husband brought our car here to fixed. We liked the previous owner Randy, so we decided to give them a chance as they seemed trustworthy to fix the car correctly. We asked them to do a thorough check before my husband went to pick the car up after it was fixed. The car was dirty and full of grease on the inside, and he only got only two blocks down the road before the tire blew out. After picking it up with the tow truck it turns out the mechanic did not tighten a bolt which caused it to shoot out and blow out the tire. The owner apologized and fixed everything for no charge. So when we had another problem we brought it back to get another thing fixed, picked it up and it still was making noise. The mechanic made my husband feel like a nuisance when he kept calling about the noises so we took it elsewhere to be diagnosed. Turns out parts were not in incorrectly, parts were not tightened and it wasn't safe to drive. They seem understaffed so they are not doing a thorough job. Think twice before bringing it there.

This used to be a great place.. as of july 2018 ownership of first class auto changed keeping the same name. Got quoted under 100 bucks for a simple fix that ussaly takes 30 mins (At the most) and got charged for 2 hours of labor lol. Making the bill close to 200 bucks.. the reason we went here is because the last owner randy would charge $84 bucks for this fixx & would never try to do anyone wrong• i get you need to make money but my goodness guys
