“Lady behind counter didn’t even greet us. I gave her my name as I approached her. She said it would be a few minutes. We sat in the waiting area chairs and she continued some filling of papers. Never said another word to us. Not even goodbye or thank you for choosing H &R Block when we left. Gentleman, Randy, was very pleasant. He introduced himself and shook my husbands hand. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail. I would have given a “5” if the lady would have at least commented on the weather with us.”
