We had an electrical issue with our well water yesterday, and the technicians came out to assess the issue and make repairs. We were very satisfied with the service and will call them again if another problem arises in the future.

We just had Prairie State Water come out to repair a well cap. From the initial call through the service visit, each team member was professional and upfront with the pricing, which was very reasonable. They also took the time to identify other potential issues so we can plan ahead, as well as make an additional small repair immediately, saving us the cost of another service call.

I called Prairie state when my well stopped working. and they had technician there very quickly. The tech found the electrical problem very fast and and had everything needed in his truck to repair.

Called them, they came out and fixed my well pump. A while later it stopped working and they came out within 15 minutes of me calling. The guys are really cool and easy to work with

These people were a lifesaver for us our pump went out in the middle of the night I called them first thing in the morning and within an hour they were there putting a new one in super nice and friendly worked with us all the way these are the people to call if you need a new pump

100/10 recommend!!!! We love Nick and the team! I can not say enough good things and recommend them to everyone. We moved in and our water smelled so bad like eggs - we were horrified and left clueless as new homeowners on well and septic. All of our neighbors recommend we speak to the Prairie team - Nick assessed our situation and knew exactly what we needed - he walked us through the what and why so we had a better understanding as this was all new to us. His team came a week later to install and we’ve not had one issue the entire year we’ve lived here. Any time we need refills the team is responsive and drop off whenever we need anything. We feel very taken care of and in great hands!!!!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Put in a new well with Grundfos constant pressure system and sealed old well. Priced fairly and overall job came in a bit under the original estimate.

What a great experience I had today with Prairie State. I called their office about low water pressure from my well. Matt called me back within 30 minutes, said he was nearby my home and asked if he could stop by to take a look. After spending about 10/15 minutes testing a few different areas that might be causing the issue, Matt was able to narrow it down to one area and make a suggestion to improve my water pressure. He showed me what he'd done and it was working much better. I mentioned at the same time that my water smelled bad and he took the time to explain in great detail what I could do about it - long story short, treating my water heater is the solve. We then walked outside to look at my well pump and discuss options for replacement when we're ready, or our current pump fails. I'd say Matt spent 45 minutes here fixing my current issue of low water pressure, looking at my water heater, and explaining what options we have when the time comes to replace our existing equipment. As he started to head to his truck to leave, I asked him what I owed him. His response, "nothing, it was my pleasure to help". I was completely blown away. That never happens. I mentioned that I'd seen great reviews for them and it seems they're all true! Needless to say, Prairie State has proven they're in business to help people - not take advantage of them. They've won all my business and I'll recommend them to anyone who'll listen. Nice to see there are honest and trustworthy folks out there still.Service: Pump repairs & installation

Had a leak in the pipe outside leading into the house. They subbed the job out to another contractor who worked 2.5 hours dug the hole and spliced the pipe. $1,900 seems a little high for the work done. I'm sure they marked up what they paid the sub contractor.Service: Pump repairs & installation

I highly recommend this company. I had issues with water pressure and Matt stopped over the same day to diagnose the problem. It turns out my well pump was bad and he replaced it the next day. His communication and timeliness was on point. Water pressure is great now and I would definitely use them again.
