VERY SHADY BUSINESS. I purchased an item online, without knowing that they do not ship, but I have to pick it up. There wasn't any indication of this when I placed my order. I am in New York, not in Illinois. So I asked them to process a refund. It is now May 2023 and I placed the order on September 2022. I have been calling for months without any resolution. They don't answer their phones, they don't answer texts, they don't answer email. They took my money and didn't give me the product. And there is no customer support. I have called over a hundred times and also emailed them countless times.Calling them back to back, as I write this review, no answer. I disputed the amount with my bank. Once the dispute was processed, they claimed that the charge was good or that they want to work with me on it. I called Stockpile and they finally picked up their phone, after the 50th time, then they told me that I would have to cancel my dispute in order for them to refund it.So based on their promise, I went ahead and canceled my dispute, but only to find out that they can not refund me. Why? Because they claim that the money was not in their account anymore, they took it out. I called my bank to confirm that the money was back in their account. That's how disputes work, they temporarily put the funds on hold and once the dispute is cleared or canceled, they remove the hold. I waited weeks and months, and still nothing. No refund. So they basically tricked me into thinking that they will work with me on this and issue a proper refund if I cancel my dispute, but they did not. They don't answer their phones and there is no customer service. This is a SCAM business. Avoid at all costs.I have records of all the times I have attempted to call them or reach out to them. A ton of emails, calls, etc.. They do not respond.

Not happy With this place at all, Got a Refrigerator 3 months ago and stop working, Called them up and said there is nothing they can do. So when i hired somebody to fix it they took a look at it and said They rigged it to work for about 3 months enough time for them to say its not cover under there 30 day Warranty. Never factory fixed it. End up putting a self Tap on the coolant. So Their is a leak some where in the Fridge, But no Company wants to work on the fridge cause it was never factory fix when they sold it to me. Very Very upset. Will never go there again!

They had the product that I needed which was a washer they have odds and ends for homes. And I love the place had a 30-day guarantee on the washer but I went home and it works like a dream.
