Appointment time at 8 am got here 5:40 am got unloaded in 10 minutes. I did ask the guy about the reviews of drivers waiting for dock or getting unloaded he said we don’t have enough space or some time people show early before their appointments.

This has to be the WORST place up pick up from 4pm appointment spent 6 hours on the door. I inquired about the hold up and Louis wants to get an attitude about having to do HIS job. DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS POORLY RAN COMPANY.

Slow, appointments don't matter. They don't start pulling product till you get there, wasting time. Management needs improvement.
