There are so many words I could use to describe how wonderful this establishment is but if I am going to use one it would be UNBELIEVEABLE! The love, the care, and the hardwork these teachers put in day in and day out to take care of our children is amazing. This childcare is the BEST of the BEST! I couldn't feel more blessed to have found a place that loves and cares about my children as if they were one of their own. Thank you to the absolutely greatest teachers Mrs. Brann, Mrs. Sherman, Mrs. Depasque, Mrs. Wyatt, Mrs. Faye, and Mrs. Brown! And of course Mrs. Doyle for always being professional, caring, friendly, and making her childcare feel like home! ❤️ ?

My daughter loves this daycare and as a parent you can just tell when your child is someplace they feel safe and cared for. Every weekend she looks forward to going back to see her friends the following Tuesday. They take their time teaching kids even as young as my 2yr old things that will ultimately give them a leg up when starting school. I would recommend Mary Sears in Manteno to any parent looking for peace of mind sending their young ones to daycare.

Our family loves Mary Sears! We are grateful for dedicated teachers, especially the teachers in the preschool room, Mrs. Brann, Ms. Sherman and Mrs. Wyatt. We have also had a wonderful experience in the infant room with Ms. Lyons, Mrs. Mendoza, and Ms. Ipema.

My son angelo has been going to mary sears since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 2, and all of his teachers have been wonderful. My son enjoys going to daycare and he is very loved by all teachers and friends! Ms. Lyons had him when he was a baby, and he was always in great care. Now he has transitioned through Mrs.Reynolds, and Mrs.Depasque. There are many other teachers I could thank. Mrs.Doyle helps with all questions and concerns us parents may have & the staff treats children with love and care daily. The bright wheel app keeps you updated as well!

3 of my daughters have had the pleasure of attending this lovely daycare. I trust my precious girls here. It is a nurturing, safe environment & my girls are always treated with love & respect. Ms Lyons, Mrs Mendoza and Ms Ipema do a wonderful job taking care of the infants. Ms Reynolds and Ms Frantz do great with the toddlers. I asked my 4 year old who her favorite preschool teacher was and she said Mrs Brann. However, both Ms Sherman and Mrs Wyatt are both great!
The director, Mrs Doyle is very friendly, sweet and accommodating to any requested needs.
I love that they use the app, called brightwheel, I get all the updates throughout the day, on what their activities are, what they have eaten and even get random pictures.
The kids are always doing fun projects. The playground is awesome, with ample amount of space for the kids to explore and play.
The summer camp for older kids is also marvelous. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoys going and there are great field trips. It makes summer easier when I have to work!
Shout out to Ms Blacklock, Ms Storr & Ms Mulholland for making summer camp the best & safest destination for kids!

We have two children that addend Mary Sears children’s academy. Our oldest started when she was two. Within a few months we were very happy to see how much our little one has opened up, her social skills and knowledge started to improve greatly. It has been so great seeing both children excel with the help of all the teachers. We couldn’t be happier with the teacher from the infants up to preschool! Our children also attend summer camp. They are always doing something fun with the kids, such as pony rides, a water slide/ water day. They are always incorporating leaning into all the children play time. Highly recommend.

Mrs Doyle and the staff are great. Very understanding with my son and treat him like family. He loves going and feels like he's home there!

My oldest has been at Mary Sears for 2 years now. And my youngest just started in March.
Mrs. Wyatt has been with my oldest daughter since she started so has been with her and seen all the progress she has made in her 2 years! And even helped with potty training her! I'm so thankful for Mrs. Brann and Ms. Sherman also for all their work they do every day and all the love they show my girl! She comes home talking about them and all the fun things they do at school!!
My youngest hasn't been going to daycare very long, as she's only about 4 months old, but all the pictures the infant room teachers send me through brightwheel, show me just how happy she is at daycare everyday! I am so thankful for all the love they give her, whole momma has to work!
Mrs. Doyle is amazing as well! From all the fun activities they do, preschool musicals, pony rides, Easter bunny/Santa visits, ect.
I know my girls are both well taken care of during the day at Mary Sears! I couldn't be happier with how our daycare experience has been! ♥️
Thank you all for all you do every day, for all the children! You are all very much appreciated!

Both of my kids started at Mary Sears Manteno at around 4 months old and have been there ever since (my oldest now being 3). We have loved being able to bring our kids to a safe place while we work, and they have accommodated us in many ways (dietary, health, schedule, etc). It’s given us peace of mind and our children have grown immensely socially, academically, and speech wise.
Ms. Lyons in the nursery was an angel and took both my kids everyday with open arms, a soothing voice, and love in her eyes.
And currently Mrs. Depasque in the twos room has made me feel like my child is not only cared for but very much loved everyday. She knows exactly what’s going on with my kids specific needs and gives praises daily.
We are sad to be moving away from the area and this great daycare but would recommend to ANYONE.

We absolutely love Mary Sears Children's Academy! It is the perfect mix of structure with a laid-back go-with-the-flow attitude. They also sprinkle in unique, fun activities for the kids throughout the year to keep things interesting.
The entire staff is very welcoming, energetic, and caring every day. Starting with Mrs. Doyle, the owner, who is there to greet the parents and children every morning with a smile on her face. Our two-year-old loves both of her teachers, Mrs. DePasque and Ms. Brown! They go above and beyond every day to ensure she has the best day possible. They even schedule potty training into the day! Their patience and love towards so many toddlers is inspiring.
Our three- and four-year-olds also love their preschool teachers, Ms. Sherman, Mrs. Brann, and Mrs. Wyatt. It's fun to watch them play school at home and pretend to be their teachers. I asked them what they love most about each of their teachers. They said they love hugs from Ms. Sherman and kisses (of the Hershey type) from Mrs. Brann. Again, their patience, guidance, and love towards so many preschoolers is very inspiring!

Mary Sears Academy is by far, my most favorite place to have in partnership for the growth development of my child. I am so glad I made the decision to choose this as home for her. I’m a former educator, and I must say: knowing the Director’s foundational approach to learning involves some of my most favorite theorists did it for me.
But it’s the kindness, the warmth, the enthusiasm and the DETAIL I have appreciated for my child and her learning. She’s a child that struggles with speech acquisition. But in mere weeks, acquired more words and phrases than she had over the c last six months.
Potty training? Brilliant. I still don’t know how. But they helped her master it in two weeks and three weeks fully.
Thank you dearly to Ms. Brann, Ms.Sherman and Ms. Wyatt for thinking about how best to engage my daughter, and make her a ready, bright learner.
I only wish we’d started here sooner.

I am currently working at Mary Sears and I love going to work every day, I love working with the staff and Ms Doyle is an amazing person to work for as well. The pay is good and the children that we teach are wonderful and eager to learn. We just love them all.

I am very pleased with all the care they provide. My daughter loves going to daycare everyday, she enjoys all the activities they do. I would highly recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a daycare.
