From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership/service center. Our explorer had major engine problems and they took it in right away to check things out. After finding severe damage internally the service team didn’t hesitate getting to work and even went out of their way to set my family up with a loaner vehicle. Ford contacted us with every move and updated us frequently. Even though it was a big job after parts arrived the service team had our Explorer back up in running in a couple days! Taylor Ford and Mike in service made us feel like family. We will be calling Taylor Ford in Manteno our home for years to come!

Awful customer service. Had me drive for over an hour for a car they already sold. If you must go to this dump, avoid dealing with Ashlyn.

Once again Taylor Ford service has come through for me. Last minute problem with my f150, drove in this morning with no appointment and they took me in, looked at my truck, replaced the defective part that was under warranty and had me on the road within 45 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you everyone!

I appreciate how Taylor Ford does not pressure you for extra services and takes the time to provide the details on questions such as promotional credit. I was in-and-out before a road trip in a half-hour for an oil change!
