My husband bought a truck from here, paperwork was sketchy. When we called and asked for a breakdown to show the sales tax we paid, his response was “ it’s on the paperwork .” The heat wasn’t working and when asked about it he said it was sold as is to take it to our mechanic. This place is sketchy and I don’t advise anyone to buy from here.

I got a good deal here. So far it's been great. He was very honest about what was wrong with the car. I appreciated not being pushed into anything but it felt like an honest and fair place. Would definitely buy here again.

Also have been ripped off by Muhammad few years ago sold a car with a blown or cracked headgasket with enormous pressure when opening radiator even while cold running. Do not buy anything here.

Don’t buy car or van from this dealer. They are scammers especially the owner Mohammed. They sold a van to me that has bad battery, transmission and engine. 5 mins after I left the dealership, check engine light came up. I called immediately but the owner was rude and said he can’t do nothing

Last Saturday, we bought a 2014 hyundai elantra, with 117000 miles. They were nice enough to meet us after the place closed, I feel that they weren't entirely honest about what they sold us. The car has a ticking in the engine and our "salesman" said that it was nothing to worry about. He daid that as we keep fresh oil in it, it will last forever. When driving it home, the check engine light came on.My husband checked a fluids and we continued home (3hr drive). It made it home. We took it to an auto mechanic and he said that there is absolutely no reason to fix breaks or anything else, because it needs an entirely new engine. I have tried to talk to several employees from Indoor Auto Solutions about a return, refund, or reimbursement for the engine, and only one has returned any comment. That comment was, "Sorry no refunds." I even pointed out that there is an Illinois law that holds dealers accountable for misrepresenting issues and that there is an automatic powertrain warranty for 15 days or 500 miles, on all used "as is" vehicles, by Illinois law and no more comment. He tried telling me that he was not a "salesman," but he is showing us otherwise. No comment again, when I said to just reimburse for a new engine. Bad business. Not honest

I had a really good experience with Kevin. I needed a used car at a really reasonable price and he had plenty. I asked him a ton of questions, and he was very straightforward and honest. He could have lied like plenty of other salesman, but he didn't. If I need another car anytime soon, I will most definitely go back! Brian M

Was asking about a vehicle over Facebook, and then was told don't show up if you are going to waste My time.. and on that note I won't ever waste your time.. I'll gladly go elsewhere and spend my money with someone else
