“From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership/service center. Our explorer had major engine problems and they took it in right away to check things out. After finding severe damage internally the service team didn’t hesitate getting to work and even went out of their way to set my family up with a loaner vehicle. “Great service! The guys were nice. The place was clean and nice & cool inside. They had coffee! They even had a picnic bench by the flowers outside to wait at. The oil change went smoothly! They also replaced the tubing/hosing for my wipers that's been broken for over a year lol. Another mechanic quoted me $450, but they did it for $100. Consider ya'll my forever mechanics! “Great service, great customer care. Did repair necessary to get me back on road as quick as possible. Labor and parts came together at a fair rate. Only issue was there was no inclosed waiting area and it's summertime so it was very hot. But he has no control over the weather glad it wasn't extremely wet or cold out. 4.5 out of 5 stars. Would highly recommend”
