“Great people here. I stopped in for an estimate for some hail damage and they were able to get me in without an appointment. They were very detailed in explaining everything and the process involved. They (possibly a family owned business?) were extremely friendly and did not attempt to try any pressure tactics simply to "make a sale." I would highly recommend this shop as they are trustworthy and open with their customers/clients and they are very knowledgeable in their work.”

“From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership/service center. Our explorer had major engine problems and they took it in right away to check things out. After finding severe damage internally the service team didn’t hesitate getting to work and even went out of their way to set my family up with a loaner vehicle. Ford contacted us with every move and updated us frequently. Even though it was a big job after parts arrived the service team had our Explorer back up in running in a couple days! Taylor Ford and Mike in service made us feel like family. We will be calling Taylor Ford in Manteno our home for years to come!”
