I live in Wilton Center but we have a Manhattan address. Our post service woman is wonderful! I've never had a problem with mail.

Mail and packages constantly lost. They don't seem to care, and are incredibly rude anytime you try to retrieve things that you spent your money on. This place should be investigated for incompetency and probably theft.

DO NOT APPLY TO USPS YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. I was charged $89 for a application fee and was directed to a job 5 hours away, wasn't even in my area. They called me asking if I got finger print done, I found out they weren't hiring were I applied to. now I have to cancel my bank card a dispute a fraud charge. And all of it was on the usps website. Background check, license check, everything was on the same site they charged me. Usps is a fraud.

I’ve been in Manhattan for almost 2 years and I try to avoid this post office at all cost! The postmaster Taneisha is extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s rudley yelling from the back about a problem I’m having while I’m being helped by another employee. There’s been several times I haven’t gotten a package or my mail on time and she is just nasty. She does not know how to speak to her customers. I’d like to find out how I can complain to her supervisor or whoever is above her.

Two packages in a row delivered wrong. I am 120 Cochran, not 105. I have a bright yellow sign on my door. Please get it together!!!!!! Use google maps I am on the right side of street look for yellow sign. Frustrating!!!

Just moved in. We filled out the service card, put it in the mailbox with the flag up. Its stayed there for 3 days before it got picked up. Did the change of address online and i still haven't received a single peice of mail!

This post office is so horrible. The employees seem so inconvenienced that they have to process your order. Idk what's going on here but if you can go to literally any other office I would recommend doing so. I was shipping through media mail and was accused of not just shipping books. I told them they could open it right there if they wanted to but the employee helping me just scoffed at me. Miserable place with even more miserable staff.

Manhattan post office, is not reliable on some of our packages. One expensive package was delivered somewhere else and today the neighbor had our package in his mail box when tracking said it was delivered on our front porch. This is not acceptable…

This has got to be the all time worst post office. When I call I can never speak with a person and they keep extending my package delivery every single day.. how long are they allowed to extend the time that my package will arrive? It’s been delivered to the post office so I know my package is there, yet they keep extending when it will arrive to my home.. incompetent is an understatement.

The hefty lady working opened the office 5 minutes late. And, was quite rude saying she didn’t have any Christmas stamps. She didn’t bother looking around.
